Eddisbury Lodge Farm is situated on the edge of Delamere Forest in mid Cheshire in a 12 month TB testing area. Nearest towns are Chester and Northwich. We have never had a positive TB test and are free from BVD, Lepto, IBR and Johnes. This is upheld by blood testing annually as members of the SRUC Health Scheme.

Young bulls are sold ready to work, at the age of 15 months upwards, and heifers, in calf heifers and young cows with calves at foot are sometimes available.

The cows are traditional type pedigree cattle and the herd is closed apart form the purchase of new stock bulls when required. Young stock are reared outdoors on a diet of grass and home grown hay, haylage or silage. The herd produces about 50 quality pedigree Aberdeen Angus breeding bulls for sale each year.
